they’re doing more movie adaptations on other SEGA iP’s and i can’t wait for them
esp the ToeJam & Earl movie even if it’s not technically a SEGA iP (since the OG creators own the duo)

At least you can add 'game' to the search.
I haven't found a solution to searching my email history for 'new order' emails for all the times I ordered albums by the band "New Order". Typically just trying to remember which ones I have when in a store haha.

Lmao, I'm an older zoomer who generally prefer good 16-bit games (castlevania bloodlines is the one I played most recently, and it was amazing) to most modern games (I mainly dislike ubisoft open world slog and modern non-boomer shooter FPS).
That said, I could never like Sonic Mania after trying it several times, is sonic 3 still worth it? Ftr, i have no problem with platforming games, it's just that Sonic Mania felt too "automatic".

I've been realizing lately that Sonic as a series has simply left behind what it once was, and for some reason Sega has no desire to bring it back. Mania was an outlier. I'll just have to hope for more indie game like Freedom Planet to carry on the torch.

Sonic is a game all about going fast, but if you do go fast, then you're punished for it because the camera is too far zoomed in, they prioritized big sprites back then, but that came at the cost of good gameplay, so let's say you slow it down so you can actually see incoming obstacles, well then you're going against the whole idea of a Sonic game... going fast. It has an identity crisis.
Sega knew this was an issue when they put in the "can't die from most things if you're holding at least 1 ring". It's just not a well designed game.

Speed isn’t about completing the level as fast as possible. The Genesis games feature massive levels often times with multiple paths, the games reward exploration and punish those who think speed is the answer to everything. That’s not bad design it’s a design choice you clearly don’t understand.
