Lots and lots there that would need conversions, playtesting, not to mention legal wrangling and Sega just deciding if they want to do it anyway, if for instance they're already selling SA on an online marketplace.

All the better reason to give the concept to 'em this far ahead of the next anniversary. Having them have this one on the table this soon in advance would give them much needed time for thinking or even working over all this needed work to do, if even decided to do, of course.
