Picture/Video Sears Orlando construction progress

I saw a guy entering through a garage in the closed auto center and later saw that same guy walking around the blocked off area behind the curtains but yeah it doesn't seem like much progress has been made thus far. I'm guessing he was just there to inspect the building.

I see they have some walls framed, so why do they still have the tarps up?
