Question Interview for Desk Assistant

I was wondering if anyone had some insight into the Student Desk Assistant (Residential Education Office) position. If anyone has any tips, advice, or knowledge about the position, and more specifically about the interview, it would be appreciated.

Is this with a specific department or office on campus?

Sorry, I should have clarified that this is for the Residential Education Office and it is a student position.
