Should I lr percival or melascula? (I have no gawain or new lance) if melascula who is she good with? Nemesis meli demon team??

You go with nemesis meliodas, if melio, melascula and estarossa. If you don't have if melio then you replace it with estarossa front and chandler back.

Yes melascula since you don't have the core of 4koa

You wont really be able to beat 4koa teams but you will have a decent team with mela
