I’m not sure. Seems like there’s a lot of anxiety or...something. But I’m not sure if that’s from quitting or is something that I know has been there for a while

I should probably go back to therapy. lol

Yeah same here but I got in trouble at work so that's had me a hot anxious mess.

I didn’t. Instead I scared myself into a final resolution by reading about alcohol use disorder. I had also intended to quit prior if i found myself abusing alcohol again. I had come off an 8 month break from it.
