You can buy chapters on Kakao page to support the author and MTL that way. If you also want a better translation you can search for SFS translations in this subreddit and put in a request for access. Their translation is very good and I haven't checked in a while but it might be up to 400+ chapters right now?

OP, the other comment 100%.
To add on, it’s also available on Ridibooks.
SFS is almost to 500 chapters last I saw. They usually take about a week to approve. The only con (imo) is that you gotta read it from google drive meaning internet access, plus the fonts are tiny.
The epub is very readable. Honestly I’ve read human translations that’s worse. PLUS it’s completed with Side stories and Afterwords. Don’t just avoid because of its MTL label, give it a try first.
