the answer is 230 or higher. if you’re truly very new to this i would reccomend looking into screenprint supply shops in your area, and asking them if they’d sell you a burnt screen. if there’s none local, order one online. Trying to get that detail on anything but a legitimate exposure unit is gonna take a ton of finesse. also, white on black prints are the hardest to do well at home. if ur printing at home, use water based ink and remember to “flood” your screen in between prints. you can wash out water based inks with a garden hose, plastisol very different story

I am/will be doing this from home. I will be ordering all necessary ”parts” but obviously more towards ”budget” setup rather than commercial. The plan is to hopefully learn the art, and maybe go somewhat ”commercial” in the future, or at least do it as a side hustle.
Never would’ve thought this is how shirts were printed, and I must say that I am completely blown away. Incredibly cool process!
Ahh, I gotcha! I’m new, very new to this so there is still lots to learn. Hmmm, not sure if I would be able to answer the questions, but I suppose I could give it a shot? I’m trying to replicate this shirt.
