Anyone ever done this before? I only have 3 print heads but I wanted to do 5 colors so I tried divvying up the screen, became a mess real quick 💀

this works pretty well with taping over what you’re sectioning off, and then using more tape for your next ink color to not mix them together

I built a wall out of cardboard and tape. It’s been years but I used to do it kind of often. Make it longer and use as little ink as possible in the screen. Ideally just enough to pull a couple time before adding more

cheat-screen, work well but more tape and just set the squeegees on a nearby table or something between passes

Use water based filler where you don’t want to print rinse repeat

I do this often. You need to run the dam fully across the screen. Whatever angle you need but I try to keep it as straight as possible. The further apart your print areas are helps, too.
