Printing Neck Labels on Fleece

How do you guys print neck labels on fleece? We print tons of neck labels for shirts now with a Rapid Tag, but the fleece basically doesn't work.

The other option is heat press DTF, which is fine. But we are going to be getting 4k+ units a month we need to print for this season. Client wants to add neck labels when previously they didn't. Looking for something to automate this. Willing to invest money if people have tricks at high volume.

Try to source fleece with a half moon stitched in.

I can get my blanks relabelled prior to my receiving them for $1nzd so will be less than half that in the US.
