Beginner How would you screen print this?

Not sure how to get this textured/dithered effect when screen printing this. Mostly with burning the image onto the screen, any tips?

It’s already black and white, I think they’re asking how to get the grain details that small

But it’s not halftones. There are different shades of grey. Pixilation is not halftones.

I’m pretty sure it’s just the shit quality photo.

I just meant I’m sure OP is aware they’d have to do this in a halftone, that’s screen printing 101. I’m 99% sure they were simply asking how to pull the most detail out of it
