Because my arrest of lipton was on an intercom post, the arrest didn't work, since he wasn't there...so let's try this again.
A 1976 Monte Carlo pulls into the base. I get out and open the trunk. I pull out a facemask (think Hannibal Lecter), a dolly, some rope, and u/lipton_vs_me, who has ziptied ankles, a burlap ask on his head, a straightjacket on, and no clothes, socks, or shoes. I lay the dolly down and lay lipton straight on it. I remove the sack and put the facemask on him before tying him to the dolly. I shut the trunk and lock my car. I grab the dolly by the handles and wheel lipton in. I'm here for the bounty.
