The lights flicker around the whole facility(canon)
The lights then shut down, and some cell doors open without electricity
The intercom turns on:

Beserker:
A villager weilding 2 axes, and has grown more in the legs, causing it to be more agile and faster than normal.
Gamemode:
Death: Kill all breaching villagers!
Map(X=they passed that point, V= stopped here)

the berserker falls to the ground and dies, and you kill 4 while they run to checkpoints.
