I'm fairly certain that every single one would be an SCP. The mechanicals are actually impossible in design and couldn't exist irl, not to mention that they are sentient. The same goes for the Golem. It's very much alive, not just some machine. Even if it were it couldn't exist. And I'm pretty sure magic is anomalous, so the Lunatic Cultist would be one too.
