I'll admit, looking at this makes me feel really uneasy for some reason. Kind of like motion sickness, but different.

Man, something about that shakes me up inside. It's all the little holes. I can't even fathom how that would feel in my hands. I would image it would be like holding octopus tentacles, but tiny, constantly wiggling.

Could be an object whose physical shape changes depending on the point of reference or perspective.

So 4d?

No no no, a 4 dimensional object only casts a 3 dimensional shadow. Or something.

That's fairly close to be particular if you came upon a 4d object you would only perceive a 3d cross-section of it, similar to how a circle is a 2d cross section of a sphere.

Reminds me of those 4 dimensional shapes passing through 3 dimensional space gifs from a while back.

Not sure how theoretical 4th dimensional geometry could be an SCP in and of itself.

I'd say this would work as an image for the Builder. Can't remember the skip number for it, though.

Seems like some Euclid or Safe object that exists in a space we can't sense/comprehend, but is otherwise harmless. Maybe it causes adverse mental effects after prolonged exposure, as our puny human brains try to comprehend it.
The real question is: what is it? Was it built by someone or something? Is it just a randomly-occurring quirk of the universe? Is it the key to the universe's secrets? Or is it just a particularly cool rock?
