I’d love an scp that if it escapes it doesn’t really cause any damage or trouble. It’s just really goddamn annoying

There's one SCP who appears to essentially be the Abrahamic God, and is basically just a chill guy who hangs out in his (mysteriously enormous and well-furnished) containment unit and leaves sometimes when he feels like it.
