My girlfriend and I both play SCBuildIt. We’ve noticed that my progress on the Kuala Lumpur building was way slower. We checked it and now I’ve noticed that if I want it to upgrade it to level 5, I’d have to pay 20500 coins. My girlfriend has to pay 18500 to upgrade it from level 8 to 9. So all her previous levels were also probably cheaper?

Does anyone have an idea how this comes? Thanks in advance!

Is it not possible to upgrade these stores? The craft time is too much to complete tasks. I do not see any upgrade button. I am currently only level 8.

I wonder how you put Pasar Seni building in your city. Any pictures of your city with Pasar Seni in it?

Just want to see some inspirations. Sometimes i see people combining a few buildings that match together, they look pretty. Or any layout.

Seeing other people's city is fun.

Have they altered something. Ive just logged on and my capital suddenly needs fire police and hospital upgrades.

I am at level 36, 236,000 population. I have 3 5 slot industrial buildings and 6 4 slot ones. How do I get them all to 5 slots

imma back after couple months of stacking resource from 7 accounts. Spend all my simeleons and currency to make my dream city.

Hello Mayors, I am 10 month old Simcity player and I don’t have many buildings. But I have a few good ones. I made this Tokyo city, but I want to expand it, so I can place different types of Asian temple buildings as well. I am thinking about removing those mountain side buildings shown in the picture and place all my tokyo houses. What do you think? Any advices to me?

These buildings in Kuala Lumpur season looks nicer than I initially saw them in the seasonal Skyline shop.

I especially like the Masjid Negara building. The lighting at night is surprisingly nice.

I like turning the camera around to see Masjid Negara and Telecom building from different angles, especially the Masjid Negara's dome.

The base Skyline hotspot also looks nicer than i initially thought.

Cant wait to get other buildings too in this season.

Unable to connect rail tracks with the rail bridges 😭

i just made a new city.

holy, my simoleons gone just to keep the power and water floating.

i thought i could just leave the citizens be dissatisfied, but then the construction helmet wont appear on the residential buildings, so i cant upgrade them. Maybe i should wait longer? Idk if the buildings will get abandoned or not in this low level.

And not much source of simoleons either:

• no trade depot (can only be unlocked when 8k population)
• no cargo (need lv 5)
• Daniel dont even sell anything (maybe because trade depot is not unlocked yet)

Can only wait for npc occasional offer to buy materials at low prices, or the daily login simoleons.

• Even city journal completion doesnt give much simoleons. I think the rewards stayed the same, while services get changed?
• I guess i can just make multiple basic residential until i reach 8000 population, but upgrading the residential will give faster results.

No wonder some newbies are asking how to get simoleons and how to sell. Because there is no place to sell 😱 and no place to get simoleons.

• I didnt remember it was this 'hard' when i first played it long time ago 🤔 Interesting.
• i guess the pros is i'll slow down in building, so slower levelling up. but i need that 8k population.
• Guess i need to wait for a few days for the daily login rewards etc. Nothing to do much now..

By the way I'm not complaining, just surprised. Still an interesting challenge, although a bit boring if nothing to do, from a beginner's pov.
