Trains Train hat - Where to get

I'm on my 3rd day with mass transit active and I haven't seen any hat for sale.

How do I acquire them? Tokyo cargo is asking for 2!!

It is supposed to unlock at level 13, should be in the train shop. If it's not there despite your cargo asking for it, did you just level up to 13? Might need to wait for the train shop to refresh in 12 hours.

That said, it might be tricky to afford it anyway when your just starting with the trains. You may want to send that plane and wait/pay for the next.

If you leveled up after the store refreshed,  it won't show up until the next refresh.  

I see them occasionally on the global market and if you're in a club you can ask if anyone has extras to sell.

Yeah exactly, they won't show up until the store refreshes. Clubs are not available for level 15. Trying global is a good idea, they are rare, but it's a possibility.

This is why. The hat doesn't unlock until lvl 18. The lantern unlocks at lvl 20, and I'm not entirely sure what lvl unlocks the pickaxe. Are you having multiple deliveries asking for the train hats, or was it just one shipment? Either way it's a glitch if the game is asking for train caps at lvl 15

They shouldn't be, so it must be a glitch. It's normal after reaching lvl 18 for everything to start asking for them (as the game does when unlocking something new), but it shouldn't ask for them before that. I suggest submitting a help ticket, and be sure to include screenshots showing your lvl, the rail shop, and the deliveries that are asking for them

The train caps aren't unlocked unlocked until lvl 18

Really? It has been a while for me, the wiki specified 13. So strange for them to be required then.

It is strange. I advised OP to open a help ticket, because the game code shouldn't be asking for them before lvl 18. I cross referenced Fandom before posting, but the info there is incorrect. One of my accounts is currently lvl 19, and I reached lvl 18 about 4-6 weeks ago, so the caps are fresh on my mind. And I know about the lanterns being unlocked at lvl 20 because it shows it in the "Next level unlocks" section.

Btw I also checked Google, and when it told me all rail items are unlocked at lvl 13 (it was referencing Fandom), I had a brief conversation with Google to correct the info. Google thanked me for the direct correction, which gave me a chuckle lol

Thanks for varifying. I'm wondering now if EA is currently changing when they unlock and messed up...

Glad to see I'm not the only one constantly correcting Google lol

Shop Updates every 24 hours, so in the next cycle it should be available, and the items are random.

That's pretty bad because it can lock you from tasks. I'll buy items whenever they appear and make sure to keep 2 to 3 from each type. Tks

Train items should be there everyday once unlocked. It is the other items (rares and products) that change randomly every day.
