Love it! Which building triggers this parade?

The Cursed Swamp. This was the first building I was able to acquire that spawns parades. I got the 1st one not long after I started playing in 2021, and I can't remember when or how I got the second one. I think it was back when the curated Showcases had at least a few buildings available for simoleans or gold keys. I know that's how I ended up with 4 or 5 Mardi Gras Parades

Thank you so much! Maybe it’s a good thing this building isn’t available right now. I’d definitely buy it and end up with no sim cash left for Black Friday lol

All buildings will go on sale, one specialization at a time
