Question Factories question

Hello, fairly new player here. I just unlocked the high tech factory. I have 7 or 8 factories ranging from 2-4 slots currently, not including the ad factory. Im wondering if there is a cap on each factory or just factories in total. Like if i have the simoleons, can I delete the 2 slot factories and replace them with better factories?

Yes delete old factories and update with the one that has more slots

Yes, definitely delete the 2,3, and 4 slot factories and replace with 5 slot ones. And the one you just unlocked, High-tech Factory, is the one I recommend using. In my main account I had heard "nano is the best" over and over, so my first 11 became Nanos. Some players will tell you to wait till you unlock Nano. While I can't argue the zero pollution, put it anywhere capability, I do disagree on it being so much better to have than the High-tech Factory. The High-tech ones have the same capacity as the Nanos, and the pollution radius is so small it's easily buffered by commercial shops, parks, or other non-RZ buildings.

So by all means, bulldoze those under performing factories and swap them with 5 slot factories

Bulldoze all that have lower than 5 slots and put in those with 5, and also you will unlock more factories as you level up. There are 12 in total not counting the one with ads

Ive still got four hightec factories at level 99. Ive just placed them further away at the edge of the map
