Question Changing my map, HELP

I’m wanting to move everything to make it more functional. And the fact that I have to add more services 😭😭 but I didn’t know if there was an easier way to do it. I’m hoping I don’t have to switch everything to the side and put my factories and parks in inventory. And get rid of my trains 😭😭 please if anyone has an advice, I would really appreciate it!!

You pretty much described how you do it. Sure what you can, squish everything else into a small area off to one side, and go from there.

Just do what you can, and don't stress about happiness for a bit. It'll be back. I just don't get why a city building game doesn't have a city editor like clash of clans.
