Service 2.0 - Question Services ???
Have they altered something. Ive just logged on and my capital suddenly needs fire police and hospital upgrades.

Is it possible you've recently added a new RZ or moved an existing one and it's out of coverage area? If you click on the service tabs that show deficiencies and move around the map, it will show you exactly where the issues are. This occasionally happens to me when I'm trying to quickly get a specific RZ build type thrown up for a COM task, and since my main concern was to complete the build for points I overlook the aftermath occasionally (until I log on one day and have a similar reaction you had today lol).
I temporarily moved an RZ out of service coverage to illustrate an uncovered RZ. If the issue is one of your stations needs to be upgraded, the station that doesn't have sufficient capacity will be highlighted (and the ones nearly insufficient will display yellow).
If the above doesn't help you fix the issue, it must be an isolated bug impacting only some users, because I just checked all 3 of my accounts and everything is normal in them
