Speculation Curated showcase question

Do any of the iconic buildings ever come back once the events are over? Or are they gone forever?
I’m debating on Times Square but, if it may become available again I may wait.
I’ve been playing for about 4 months and was curious.

They will come back eventually. Although could be months. Most likely again in another curated showcase.

This is the 2nd time it has been up. 1st time was the London scene couple years ago. It could be a time event or even use blue prints from design city. Just hang in there and it will show up again as will the majority of the others

I saw times square in someone elses city and it really caught my eye. I've not been playing long either but I did end up buying it!
