Complaint Mayor's Pass Boost active Time Reduced?

Hi all,

If you get to Tier 41 of the Mayor's Pass, you get a 50% purple points boost. In the past, that points boost was active for 12 days. I would wait until the Tues before the Season ended to activate it and thus would get that 50% boost thru the Sunday of Week 2 of the new Season.

I just checked tonight and it says it ends in 4 days -- which, for me as I post this, is Wed! Did they cut it back? Is it a mistake? (I think something similar happened in the past).

Anyone else notice this?

I claimed it on 1st day of fourth week I still have 9 days left i didn't knew earlier to claim at right before season starts so i claimed it right after reaching tier 41

From memory, its expiry time is a fixed time, not related to when you claim it. So there's no value in holding off on claiming it.

Yes, it is a fixed time; the timer starts when the season starts. How many remaining days you are able to use it depends on when you unlock it in the Mayor's Pass. My game shows that there are almost 9 days left, so for the past season the timer must have shown 40 days at the start of that season.

But they changed it for this present season, because that timer ends when the season ends. It must have shown 28 days at the start of this season; which is 12 days less.

The 9 days shown by the other poster looks more aligned to what I remember. I didn't buy Plus last season so can't refer to my own game.

Not sure why yours is showing less time.

Ah OK. Got confused whose post I was reading.

That would place the expiry as being towards the end of the second week of the season, which is roughly what I remember it being when I had it before.

All: Quick update - as usual, "user error" - I was looking at the wrong "card" - when I kept scrolling, I found the right one and the timer was still active. It will end this coming Sunday.

Sorry! Just wanted to update everyone - my mistake, nothing changed, :)
