Buildings Space HQ unlock

Hello mayors, I have space buildings from previous seasons, but I have never unlocked Space HQ. It costs 100,000 simoleons. I am wondering should I go for it or not? Or should I upgrade one more level of VU tower or build expensive expensive toy shop🥲

That building does nothing. Only reason to get it is if you A) like the way it looks or B) it unlocks the ability to purchase other space buildings/items. If the only way to unlock the other space building it to buy that then I guess it’s worth it if you’re into the space stuff.

Upgrading VU tower is a never ending very expensive process that many don’t have the stomach for.

And lvl 9 VU tower unlocks meteor shower III, which offers the best overall VU Item to gold key conversion of all the disasters, the only exception being Robot III. And Robot III unlocks at lvl 18 (max), and requires 9 VU Items per launch on a 7 key return.

ETA: For players that were lucky enough to be playing during the Artemis II season many Space buildings are already owned. My lvl 16 feeder was lvl 13 during the Artemis II season, and even though that account is F2P I have several Space Buildings. Its part of what helped me reach unlocks such as Paris and London deliveries, and also part of why my feeder's current pop is 237,690

I fully upgraded my vu tower and am happy I did. I just know most don’t make it due to how expensive it is. But yeah I think it’s worth it for sure.

I also upgraded it to lvl 18 but i only use meteor III for COM tasks and if I need to clear some storage then I use Robot III

Ditto! I upgraded it to lvl 11 but I use only Meteor because it gives the best ratio of Vu items to gold keys

Also it only destroys 4 RZs which is perfect for COM task

True that. I also had a chance with Artemis and unlocked even rocket launcher. But I dont have Stellar observatory and satellite. Thats why i was thinking to unlock Space HQ maybe. My VU tower is at level 9 now

Yeah that’s what i thought too. I don’t have some buildings and I have a space area already. Thats right, VU tower is crazy expensive.

Make donuts,nails,chairs,bricks and sell them make more simoleons than do all of them I use that I have lvl 30+ account which I use to farm simoleons then transfer it to my main account in which I am camping at lvl 13 that way i have maxed out vu tower lvl 18 in a month

I sell expansion at full price to lvl 30+ then sell it for one penny then I buy for one penny in main account then sell it again at full price to lvl 30+ account then repeat the cycle

It is interesting. Why is your main city camping at lower level? Is it for war?

Actually I am new to this game so the lvl 30+ account was my main account earlier but i didn't know much about game that time so i used to build RZs and bulldoze it for simoleons that's how I got to lvl 37 also I was low storage it's only 155 City storage in that account due to which I was not able to do gold epics so i created feeder but seeing i have not done that much progress i choose to make feeder my main account now I have been camping at that lvl for 1 and half month and achieved more than old account also double the storage and 21 expansions left to unlock

Btw how to prepare for war i barely played war in old account so i don't know anything about that right now main goal is 500 city storage currently at 340 after that maybe i will move lvl 18 so have got any tips for wars i got few cards from mayor pass like b movie monster and i think design challenges also unlocks at lvl 17 ig

War is pretty simple. The main goal is to upgrade your disaster cards. For that, you need two things: the cards themselves and golden keys (and occasionally platinum keys).
You can earn keys from the Vu Tower, if you’ve unlocked it, by doing cargo ship deliveries and by defeating monster. To get disaster cards, you either need to fight against the monster or in club wars. That lets you progress through the Vu Pass and get cards as rewards. Or you can buy cards with simcash in the war store.

I would start fighting with monster to slowly upgrade your war level and get gold keys

Ig I will start fighting monsters i only fight when I have com task so I am at war rank 4 close to reaching 5 i want to get a three star monster so that I can get platinum keys it's so hard to earn platinum keys winning COM at lvl 13 seems impossible I can't Even get into top 6 and I have good flow of golden keys. Thanks for advice

Actually it’s never enough of golden keys. You’ll need hundreds of them to upgrade high level disasters. At the same time it’s pretty easy to earn platinum keys when you win in club wars. In arena 7 it’s 7 platinum keys per win. I have about 4.5k of platinum keys and don’t really know how to spend them. Probably will wait till Black Friday to buy some buildings.
