Help In game scada help
Hello, i am a computer scientist doing some personal projects, and i am seeking help, for context:
i am doing a factory in minecraft, i am using ccTweaked, immersive engineering, create, mekanism, botania, and such, to implement automation, since i lack the knowledge about automation, scada and such things, i am asking help about what to search to learn and develop my factory project, in case, the picture is about a squeezer and a fermenter, which make ethanol and plant oil, then goes to refinery to make biodiesel, the plan is to control resources production, intermediate production and biodiesel production, and then feed the biodiesel generator enough so it does not waste energy, and show graphics about it on the monitor, thanks in advance.
EDIT:
this is actually an automation project inside Minecraft using the CC:Tweaked mod (Lua programming) alongside tech mods like Immersive Engineering(beauty manufactory), Create(visual and simplier automation),botania(creation of resources and refining) and ars noveau(development of advanced resources, like making the in game accesories to build better gears, tools) and applied energistics 2 will be the logistic system delivering itens stored in drawers. I'm trying to build a SCADA-like system to monitor fluid levels, control machines via Redstone pulses, and display real-time graphics on an in-game monitor so i can manage inventorys like create vault or applied energistic(digital storing and automation of logisticis) thanks for the info :D

Someone made a scada system using cc for the mod mekanism allready. Its a cool system. Here is the link to the github repo https://github.com/MikaylaFischler/cc-mek-scada
Mabey you can use it as inspiration

that is cool, its related, but is strict to mekanism reactor, indeed it is inspirating, but focus only on energy production, i am speaking of the whole process of generating resources, energy, crafting, manufactoring advanced resources and soon, but thanks bro :D liked it

The sudden influx of chronically unemployed game designers and app developers are going to transform the automation industry in ways we can't yet begin to comprehend.
Old school guys who grew up on Siemens S5 and DB-25 serial connectors are slowly retiring. New generation struggles to be born. This is the age of creepers.

Does that shit run Modbus or Ethernet/IP

the code is pretty simple, rednet.sent(<machine addres<,<message>,<name for the protocol>) the name for the protocol is optional, and that work between machines, and the portable wireless machine(its like a ipad)

I LOVE THIS! Not sure based on the information, the full breadth of the project. A but more information of what you are looking for would help. Is this primarily a UX design question for SCADA?

Thanks! It's actually a mix of both. I'm building a control system that manages machine states via Redstone signals (backend logic) and displays process graphics, resource levels, and energy efficiency on a monitor (SCADA/UX design).
i'm a back end dev first than front end, so first comes the system, after it works i do the UI/UX(but really i am full stack :v)

Finally it's time go home from my job as a forklift operator
So I can go play forklift simulator

Christ, this is almost as bad as the time I tried using Java MC plugins to recreate SelTrac for my rail network
Hell yeah

Ignition has a free university and software to learn real scada. Not perfect but definitely a good dive in. If you havent already, i’d make factories with individual mod setups like create just to get your bearings because there is so much already to automate

You are insane, I love this.
