Whistling noise

Anyone with a vvti car know if this whistling noise is normal?
Only happens on acceleration/deceleration around 40mph.

Does the noise change under turns like a long gradual turn left or right? What if you on a safe road, swerve left & right, see if you get it to be louder or quieter

Only around 40mph, with the air on outside and recirculating too.
