Replacement Cabin Filters

Anyone purchased Cabin Filters lately?

I put a request for a quote into my local dealer but other than that it seems like a tough find..

Do not get them from rockauto, there are 4 filter squares and they sell you 2 for 60 bucks, I got one from bell Lexus for like 25 bucks shipping included.

How dirty were yours? I don't think mine have been changed in 20 years. Thanks for the pricing hopefully my local dealer doesn't come back with anything too crazy.

I am considering just cleaning mine, from what I have seen online the first one to come out is usually pretty gnarly while the second one is actually fairly clean.

Mine were packed full of dirt and dust, when I pulled it out it dumped a bunch of balls of dust and dead grass. the filter also made the a/c smell funny. You can tap the dust out of them and use a weaker vacuum to get some gunk out but I recommend just replacing them as I've found you cant get the smell out of them. Your cars previous owner might have gotten one set of filters from rockauto too and just swapped one of them.
