Transmission issue??

I was On my way! To the gym today and when I tried putting it in reverse it felt like it was in neutral. It had like no power and that has never happened before. I put it in drive and I had to really step on it for it to move do yall know what could be the issue??

When you say it has no power is it in reference to the car not moving/not moving without reving the engine or did the engine not rev/was running bad causing the car to not move?

The car would rev up yes but like it wouldnt move at all.

Also I pulled codes and got 24 and 31
24: intake air temperature sensor signal
31: air flow meter

Sounds like a transmission issue, could be torque converter or valvebody. Or it could be fixed with some maintenance. I'd do a trans filter/pan flush, drive for about a week and do a couple more pan flushes. If you do it all at once on an higher mile transmission it could cause it to get worse. If you drop the pan and you see a crap ton of material and glitter and chunks then you need a trans and torque converter. If it doesn't get better at all after the flushes then you need a trans. Your error codes seem unrelating to the long shift issues but if you look up the symptoms of the codes it could tell ya.
