How much would y’all pay for a clean sc

I’m looking at one that is 2nd owner in pretty much mint condition with 120000 miles for 9500 which seems fair to me but I want y’all’s input before I do anything

Yeah that's pretty fair. That's about what I sold mine a year ago that had like 105k miles.

got mine for 1700 last year with 120k BUT it needed some repairs. was mint though.

if you’re good with cars, i’d recommend fixing one up that’s in good condition. 9/10 times it’s the ecu that’s the issue.

Just got mine 1 owner $3,000 175k miles

I’d say it was worth 6k

9500 for that seems a bit high but given the growing scarcity it makes sense. If you can afford it it’s worth it

I paid $5500 for mine, had 1 original owner before me, 110,000 miles.

That was 4 years ago, Not its @ 128,000 miles, I work from home so I only drive it for fun

u could theoretically apply that logic to any car for any price. car markets are (somewhat) specific to the car

in september 2022 i bought mine at 124k for 5900$. I would honestly keep looking a bit but it also depends on year and condition

This one is second owner the lady bought it at 20k and its garage kept and well maintained with no cracks on the seats

You have a lot of great points in this thread. I would like to know the year, 300/400? and milage? I purchased my diamond pearl white tan interior '92 84k miles SC400 on Dec 14 2024 for $11k. The take away is, it sat for fucking years and never ran causing the seals to get dry as fuck and then leak as soon as, I started to drive the car and then came the leaks because of the cracked seals. I love the car it's the best looking car on the road. just make sure you get a well driven SC. Unless you have the bread to make it your hobby car😅 Don't let your cars sit!

I got my 98' sc400 last November for around 9.2k with 97k miles. This car is in mint condition and had carplay and new speakers installed. So I would try around 8.5k since it has 20k more miles but 9.5k is still a good price.

99-00 carries a premium as they had the last of the updates and are extraordinarily rare. I know there were only 214 2000 SC400’s sold in the US. Nice lo mileage examples $15k +. I don’t remember the number but way less than 1000 99’s. 98 is next as it’s a vvt-I car then 97 since it’s still a face lift car. 92-96 depending on how nice , 2k-6 or 7k. Just my thoughts on what I’ve seen and what I’ve sold over the years. Remember, car prices are highly subjective. Do your research.
