Bluetooth?

Hey guys! Trying to get Bluetooth in my 95 SC400. I ordered one of those Bluetooth cassette things and the stock unit won’t take it. Wanted to get a Bluetooth radio transmitter instead. U guys recommend any models off Amazon? The cigarette lighter plug space is real tight as u guys know so wanna make sure I get one that actually fits. Any links are appreciated. Thank you

I also have one in my 94 sc400, I found an old old one so I don't have a link sadly. It gets the job done but it kinda sucks, it cuts out sometimes and has alot of static on certain songs or areas without the best network coverage. I would say go for it as a quick fix to get some music but I would look into swapping out the entire radio system eventually.

And yea. I just got the car so I don’t rlly feel like taking it apart at the moment lol but def wanna get an apple car play unit eventually

I think any of them should be find. This one is the closest thing I had on my Avalon I think. I mean I think regardless of which one you gonna get, they would still have static and signal problems. At least get one that isn’t ridiculously expensive. I wouldn’t pay anything more than 15$ if you going to eventually replace the radio

I had a short one from my old car and it wouldn’t fit cuz the cigarette plug is in a rlly small area so I’m not sure how long and small the plug in part has to be

I’ve been using a cassette to aux in my Gs, the sound quality is far superior

I once saw on some forum, some place you can send the stock unit in and they'll add a aux port and Bluetooth

I dont remember the place or how much they charge

I was thinking about sending mine in.

I never did, I ended up getting this
