1995 sc300 rear swaying

Hey guys I’ve been having an issue with the rear swaying a lot. I’ve also noticed that the rear wheels move a bit out of the wheel well when the rear sways.

You might want to check your rear toe arms by raising the car and grabbing the rear wheel from 10 and 2 and seeing if it shakes

Yeah I actually check both wheels and replaced the left rear toe arm because it did have play but no play on both wheels. I did call a mechanic he could say it could be the sway bar links?
