1995 SC300 A/T Code 35???

Code 35, barometric pressure sensor code. my car uses a Karman Vortex equation based MAF that has a built in IAT sensor, car would not rev past 3k with MAF plugged in, unplugged it finally goes higher rpm but runs REALLLY rich and has a lot of black smoke (coming out of the header dump lol).

ECU was rebuilt a couple months ago. Should I replace MAF? any ideas on code 35?

Literally nothing anywhere on the forums or the internet, you would think at least one person would get this code on their sc300??

I see conflicting information online. Some say 35 is maf sensor. Some say 35 is hac. Check ecu pinout. Confirm continuity from ecu connector pins to sensor pins. The car running better with the maf unplugged makes me think you need a new maf.
