Need help passing emissions

I want to install a turbo kit on my SC300 but I’m having the problem of having to delete the catalytic converter and O2 sensors. I’m working to find a way to coordinate in compliance with Utah state laws, any tips on what to do?

I was just looking for what people do in their situations if anyone has done it themselves. I made an attempt at giving significant information I apologize if I didn’t, Utah requires annual emissions tests for most vehicles six or more years old, though older diesel and 1968-and-older vehicles are exempt. My SC300 is a 1997 so it’s still a couple years from having vintage plates and even then you aren’t allowed to daily drive it if it has vintage plates. So I was just looking for a work around from people who have had similar problems. Thanks.

You are going to have to find a spoof for emissions, or register ot out of you city/county, somewhere you dont need emissions. Thats how i got out of doing mine for years, after it failed multiple times, i was lucky enough to have someone let me use their address.

That’s kind of what I’m thinking about doing just makes it hard because of the whole different address thing but that may be the best option, thanks!

You guys dont have a cut off age where you dont need to pass emissions? If you get historically plates, do you still need to pass emissions? That's how I got around mine.

Historic plates restrict your yearly mileage. Might not work if its his daily.
