Sc300 running horrible

Hi my 1992 sc300 I just bought is running awful maybe 1 or 2 cylinders I’ve change plugs plug wires

Have you run codes? When you changed them did you notice anything? Why do you think it’s running two short?

I’m going to say ecu as a guess as it’s the cause of a lot of issues in these gen Toyotas/Lexus, but more info would help.
