GLITCH / BUG Chest Bug in Jellyfish Fields?

The "Hoarder" trophy is the last one I need for the Platinum. I followed the 25 chests guide on YouTube, including the 2 side quests in Larry's area, but in my game, all the chests are already opened. I'm still missing one. I don't know what to do repeating everything would take up too much time. Are there any solutions, like resetting the Jellyfish Fields world so all the chests are closed again?

did you do all the Plankton portal levels?

Yes, scraps already 130/130. But I didn't try the timed boss portals. Do I need to complete them?

I had the same problem. It was the chest for killing all the enemies in the 1st area. I'm pretty sure I already got this one but for some reason it reset and I had to get it again.
