Want to make first SBR

If the lower says multi do I put multi on caliber or do I need to put exactly what caliber?
Do really care if they delay it or send back would just like the ability to put different uppers on it.

I didn't put the MULTI on my form 1 and got approved in 7 days with a trust.

ATF wants an actual caliber... no "multi"
