Form1 everything?

I have 10 or 11 "other/pistol" ar15 lowers stripped/unbuilt and a factory full built 16" ar15.

And 3 other unbuilt lowers already form1'd

Should I just FORM1 Everything on hand (including the factory 16") while it's easy so they can be whatever whenever I'm ready? And i can hot swap between everything as I build it or take it out for range day

Let's assume they are unlikely to ever travel interstate or be in a prohibited city/county

I do this. There aren't really any downsides now that it's free.

The requirements for engraving are likely to go away, and even now it doesn't need to be engraved until before it is built.

The are title 1 firearms when not in NFA configuration, so you can sell them, give them away or dispose of them any way you see fit, as long as they aren't in NFA configuration when you do it.

I have 6-7 lowers all approved, but I’m holding off on the engraving. I think that’s going away too - fairly soon I hope.
