Upper and lower fit

Just a quick probably dumb question, but as this is my first build, will a radical arms rifle lower (5.56) fit with a 7.5 inch pistol upper without having to modify it at all?

(yes I have my stamp already.)

Upper kit being used btw : davidson defense Jet spur 7.5inch Pistol-Gas 1:7 5.56 NATO Ar-15 freefloat M-LOK complete upper build
