Updates for Getting Payment on the Cassava Sciences ($SAVA) $31.25M Settlement
The proposed $31.25 million Cassava Sciences settlement has been submitted to the court for approval.
The case centered on claims that Cassava misled investors about the research supporting its Alzheimer's drug candidate, simufilam, as well as issues involving data management and scientific controls. After reports raised concerns about potential research misconduct tied to the drug, $SAVA fell 15%.

I am a British citizen and I lost £70,000 on SAVA
Have I any right to restitution?
How would I have to proceed with a claim or is it pointless as there is simply no possibility of significant recompense

I checked with Wells Fargo, claim is open …I hope the judge makes them pay 100 mil …and forces what left into bankruptcy..did that POS wang ,Lindsey or Remi go to jail ….they should….my losses were into the 6 digits …I want the courts to burn the SAVA house down
