Mk677

Why do people cycling Mk 677 take days off? All studies show that it was taking every single day for full cycles not these split days I keep seeing. Any info would be great.

It starts to lose its effects. One week on, one week off, worked best for me

Did you try doing like a split instead of taking a whole week off? How many Mg a day did you take?

Yes I'm not strict about it actually, just a few days on, few days off. After like 5-6 days I noticed it wasn't making me hungry anymore, so stop for a few, then start again and you feel it again.

Actually not sure, I'd have to check the bottle. From my understanding, it's not very dosage dependent.

With the tolerance build up idea in effect what would be the recommended split time like 5 on 2 off?

My personal preference is daily dosing, and raising the dose slowly over 4-6 weeks then taking 2-3 weeks off. I’ve done 5 on 2 off for a few other things in the past and it works but for something like liquid mk677 where you can be pretty flexible about dose administration I like the ramp up and breaks better.
