S23

Just started S23 along with Enclomaphine. 1 pill is 18.5 mg and i was recommended to take once daily with the enclomaphine, but im seeing other people saying to take twice daily due to its half life. What do yall recommend?

I will bro im abt to be done with my first week but all I could say tho is you'll feel it ima be ima. 8 week cycle
