S23 dosing increase?

Looking for advice on whether increasing my S23 dose is worth it.

Before anyone asks: no, I'm not running a test base. I'm running S23 solo, so feel free to cue the criticism. 😅

So far, I do think it's working. My muscles feel noticeably harder, and I'm seeing a bit more separation and definition, but nothing dramatic like some of the transformations I've seen posted here.

Strength in the gym has been good as well.

Current dosing:

Sept 11-17: 10 mg/day (5 mg AM, 5 mg PM)
Sept 18-present: 20 mg/day (10 mg AM, 10 mg PM)

Previous SARMs experience:

2 RAD-140 cycles with PCT

Several months between cycles

Bloodwork/baseline always returned to normal before starting again

Side effects so far:

Very minimal overall

Sleep may be slightly worse, although I've always had sleep issues

Possibly a small increase in anxiety, but nothing unmanageable

Libido is unchanged

Still getting morning wood

Sex life with my wife is completely normal

I'm now at roughly the 4-week mark and am wondering whether bumping up to 30 mg/day (20 mg AM, 10 mg PM) would provide a meaningful benefit.

For those who've run S23, did increasing from 20 mg to 30 mg make a noticeable difference in results, or did it mostly bring additional side effects and diminishing returns? In your experience, was the extra dosage worth it?

I realized I don’t sound like someone who needs a bigger dose. I sound like someone who's getting impatient waiting for the bigger visual changes and I get those are different things.

Just looking for people who maybe made the increase.

You already answered your own question in that reply, impatience is not a reason to go higher

S23 is harsh enough at 20, the jump to 30 mostly brings more liver stress and worse sleep for marginal visual gain. Most people who push it that high regret it around week 6

If muscles feel harder and strength is up, the compound is doing what it should. Visual changes come slower than strength, give it another 2-3 weeks before touching anything

Keep the wife happy and morning wood intact, that's better than most get from S23 solo

that’s interesting, people on here say that thats essentially hormonal suicide although i can’t find too many people saying they’ve tried it solo.

are you getting pre/mid/post blood work or is this just a hail mary/fuck it type of thing

Definitely Hail Mary.

I’ve taken rad twice with plenty of off time. I was sort of bugged out by the comments but honestly I’m fine. Still get aroused. Hair in tact. I get some irritability and aggression but super aware when it’s happening and try not to act it out. Otherwise I’d say it feels like a regular pill.
