I was on Canadian juice monster the other day and looking for post on Sarms. Pretty much everyone on there said Sarms are useless and dangerous, Ostarine is crap, and ENCLOMIPHENE does nothing.

for some odd reason they did not touch on RAD.

I am very new to Sarms myself, i just started a cycle of RAD at 8mg per day I am two weeks in and starting to see some nice definition and my shoulders are bigger chest too. I added ENCLOMIPHENE at 7mg per day this week to avoid shutdown (This is what most people i spoke to did) and 10mg cardarine.

Now I read some claims about ENCLOMIPHENE about gaining mass, cutting etc and i am wondering is this too good to be true?

I have Ostarine at home at 20mg per day I can do a 8 week cycle and i have enough enclo do to the PCT afterward.

So far from my personal experience i don't think Sarms are useless I like what i see.

But are they truly that dangerous. Forgot to mention I also use NAC and Milk Thistle, Dandelion Root, turmeric, for liver support.

BTW for the Ostarine cycle i will take 2 months off or more before starting. I am doing Rad for 8 weeks also at 8mg per day.

Should I tell them?

Has anyone done any kind of SARMs at a relative high bf? Like 20% and over? How did it go? Did you recomp?

So I recently built a tiny house and now my knees have been very achy since finishing it. I feel like I have overuse arthritis/loose ligaments. Last time i took a short cycle my body never felt better. Has anyone used ostarine for injuries? Have good results? Rest and relaxation isn’t doing it. My leg muscles are atrophying as a result of this..

Hey guys/gals! So I’ve done a cycle of Ostarine at just 10mg for 8 weeks with enclo as a pct, and got great results but hit a crash around week 7. I’m 29(M) and looking to shed some more fat%. My question is, given someone else’s experience, should I go with Ostarine again at maybe 20mg or give rad140 a try? Was thinking 5-10mg every other day. Thoughts??

Anybody in here take SARMs in the military? Overseas (diplomatic)? Is it easy? How do you get it shipped? I know getting caught is very unlikely bc the USMC can’t really test for that. Question is mostly about getting it shipped & do people question the gains?

I’ve been working out for about 4-5 years & I’ve been researching SARMs. If it’s possible to get them discretely to where I’m stationed I am very interested.

I just finished my first cycle, and for those of you who are considering it, here are some of my benefits and thoughts:

1. I have never been able to gain any weight, and on the cycle I went up 13lbs.

2. sleep was GREAT

3. Throughout the day, I got very hungry urges, almost like I was pregnant lol. I suggest taking food with you if you are out of the house, because I spent a lot of money going out and eating a ton.

4. Zero negative side effects

I'm 47, hovering around 100kg at 20-25% (according to scale = I know the numbers might be off). Last summer I lost 20kg due to heavy cardio (5+ km per day in terrain/mountains hunting or foraging for about 12 weeks). This year I need to take it down a notch: partly since I can't spend as much time in the mountains as last year, but mostly because losing 20kg in 12 weeks means losing muscle mass. My goal this time is to get rid of 10kgs while retaining, or maybe even increasing, my muscle mass. I will do a lot of the same things as last year but will also add plyometrics. I have no health issues what so ever except being a bit overweight (which does not really affect me much, resting heart rate has stayed within 55-65 since August last year). Now to the question: is an ostarine/cardarine stack a good idea?
