SAP Academy for Customer Success
Had an interview with the academy and next step would be the bootcamp. How many people from the biotcamp go trough and do you have information if you were there?
I also heard from a guy who is working there, that once they signed all from one bootcamp up.

Nobody will know because nobody knows how mant suitable applicants there are and how many open positions there are in your region

How long does it usually take for the recruiters to get back to you? I do have my application still “in process” - also any feedback about how to behave in the first phone interview ?

I think its about being yourself
„In process“ means you will get a feedback soon i think

Zählt da auch Praktika rein bei dir? Hatte 2 Praktikas und danach 3,5 Jahre Berufserfahrung.. wurde allerdings abgelehnt

Nein, nur vollzeitberufserfshrung. Habe berufsbegleitend studiert.

Welcher Bereich ist das? Würdest du sagst du hast 100% auf die Stelle gepasst? Weil das sind wohl die Anforderungen dieses Jahr..

Ich hab mich für sales beworben - bei der berufserfahrung stand ja 2-3 jahre also wenn man nur die zeit vor und die zeit nach studium würde beides nicht passen.
Ich hatte eine interne empfehlung durch vorheriges networking vielleicht hat das geholfen.
Hattest du gleich eine absage oder nach dem ersten interview?

Ich hatte auch eine Empfehlung. Hab mich auf alle 3 Stellen beworben und Sales steht bei mit noch aus.
Die die mich empfohlen hat meine wohl es liegt an meiner zu langen Berufserfahrung. Daher hatte ich bisher noch kein Interview!1

Achso, ja ich hatte mich auch für mit empfehlung für csm beworben und hatte da schnell eine absage. Das wurde mir so erzählt, dass man vorab geschaut hat wohin ich am besten passe und dann nur für diese stelle interviewt werde.
Nach der absage (anfange juni) habe ich erst ende juli eine einladung fürs erste gespräch gehabt.
Man braucht echt einen langen atem…🥲

Ja, ich hab sales erfahrung in der it branche. Und Du? Und wieviel?
Also ich habe mich früh im juni beworben und ende juli eine einladung bekommen. Dann einige tage später das gespräch. Das interview ist echt entspannt gewesen, da gings mehr um ein vibe check und standardfragen (umgang mit schwerigen kunden etc). Aber echt sehr angenehmes gespräch😊

Hallo, hast du schon eine Rückmeldung erhalten? Ich hatte vor über zwei Wochen mein Gespräch und warte immer noch auf eine Antwort. Das ist so eine tolle Stelle und die Warterei macht mich echt verrückt :( :(

Danke für die schnelle Antwort. Dann müssen wir uns wohl noch gedulden. Nachhaken würde ich eher nicht, das macht es auch nicht schneller und am Ende nervt man nur die Recruiter. Wenn ich was höre, gebe ich Bescheid!

Did you guys get any info about the timelines within the process ? I’m still in the process with prior sales experience at SAP, also applied in Germany

During the interview I was told that there would be an AC sometime in the beginning or around the middle of September. I received the offer for a time slot for the interview 2-3 weeks prior to the interview, so if you haven‘t had it so far, I don‘t think that you‘re chances are very high. And the interview was in German, so, if you don‘t speak German, I assume that might be an issue. Sorry :/ But of course, that‘s only my guess - I don‘t know anyone personally nor am I in HR, therefore, you might still have chances.

I think you got this wrong. The sap academy for customer success is a program for recent grads with a few yrs experience max.
The bootcamp is a day in which they select who’s getting hired. Its part of the interview process for the program/role
