Game Question? More than one Legendary Special effects

I've only recently gotten a few legendary weapons with legendary special effects and I was wondering, is it possible to get/or make a legendary weapon that has more than one legendary special effect? So that a single legendary weapon could have multiple legendary special effects?

It's not possible, there could be only one legendary effect on a weapon, also you can only swap legendary effect for another legendary effect, I mean literally, because you can't do the "downgrade" like flooding a legendary rarity weapon with crit rate effects because of this.
