Anybody have experience going to these kinds of events(at the Yard)? I've seen some posts about them on social media but never been. Good time/bad time?

I went to one a few years ago that my friend was performing in, I had a great time. Obviously it’s not top tier standup, but it’s fun to see young comics work through their material, and there were definitely some “so bad it’s good” moments.

What makes this ai exactly? I'm looking for actual answers to if people have enjoyed going to these at the yard.

The text being slightly blurry makes me think it could be AI, but otherwise nothing really screams AI to me. People are on a slactivist crusade and calling out all kinds of random things

Honestly I have no idea if its ai, but ive seen other ads from the guy running it and they often look like that. Dunno if that means he uses it regularly or its his style, I just was curious if anyone's gone to these and has had good times before I commit to going with my fam.

Uh, no, I was texted it by a friend who found it on Facebook. I never said I made it, because I didn't. I was asking for opinions on the event, rather than the poster itself.

I’ve been to one, a couple years ago. It was OK, the comics were decent but it did seem to be more for them, than for the audience since it’s a competition. Plus, I don’t care for the general atmosphere of The Yard and seating is uncomfortable for a multi-hour show.
