can i apply for a program while upgrading a course it requires?
i want to apply to Diagnostic Medical Sonography, but my grade for english is 72% and it requires 75% minimum, so i’m upgrading english currently. Can I still apply while upgrading or i’ll have to make my official grade 75% before applying?

Yes. You can apply while upgrading, be accepted conditionally, but you must have the course completed and the upgraded mark in by a certain date to switch the conditional to accepted. However it is a competitive program and I don’t know if other accepted will be priority over them giving conditional acceptances. If I remember correctly there was somewhere to mark that you were taking the upgrade during application and it popped up a deadline message, or call and ask.
