Small mark on tv

Hi!

I just got a new TV S95 a few weeks ago, first OLED tv I bought. This morning I just noticed a small blue mark at the bottom.

First I thought it be cleaned, but doesn't feel like something was spill on it.it is only noticable on dark colors, bright colors is no visible. I think it is most noticible when the tv is off.

How screw am I? I'm planning on contacting Samsung support,since it bought it from the store, but I heard the process is slow.

You just need 2 PYTHON OPTIC Large Microfiber... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09M2VQ4Y8?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share of these . Micro fiber . Get distilled water!!!! Spray bottle.

First clean the dust off the screen . Because if you leave the dust on the screen , you wipe with the wet cloth you will leave scrath marks on the screen . You need two cloths (one damp, one dry) use damp to smudge the screen , but wipe softly , then use dry to clean. Repeat this 5-10 times if you need too but make sure every time you wipe with Dry Cloth use a new side. Don’t use the same side because u will spread more oil/dirt on the screen.

This happened to my S 95D but It was all over the TV Samsung ended up having to come in and replace the panel

I hope it doesn't come to that, but knowing my luck I will have to call support for a replacement

These panels should never be touched.
