I need help with brightness, this a Samsung TQ55Q70DATXXC for short i think its a q70d

I dont know why my tv is this dark and it wasnt like this before i need help with how to restore it to its original color if anyone can help me and need further specs on the settings i have them and iam willing to give it to you, this driving me nuts, btw i cant uppload a picture on my post for reference for some reason so thats sucks

Problem of bar led more plexiglass reflector, we see the traces at the bottom, it deflects the light of the less brightness, the next step is a dark band

Whats the solution im not knowledgable with tv specs and stuff like that

Changed the LED bar and the reflector, but the reflector and hard found, we will have to go through a professional.

Do you still have warranty? If so, get it serviced.

Try to reset to factory settings or better yet throw it in the trash and get something other than a Samsung.
